Harvested in early spring using only tender young buds. Pale golden liquor with a silky texture and delicate floral sweetness. Light oxidation preserves its purity and smooth finish. Brewing Instructions: Use 3g per 200ml water at 80C. Steep 2 to 3 minutes. Re-steep up to 3 times.
