SHIPPING POLICY
At ChatChatTea, we carefully pack each order to preserve the freshness and aroma of our premium teas. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and you will receive a tracking number once your package has shipped.
We currently ship within the United States. Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase from ChatChatTea.
Because tea is a consumable product, opened or used tea pouches cannot be returned.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at chatchattea@gmail.com , and we will gladly assist with a replacement or store credit.
To qualify for a return, items must be unopened and in original packaging.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. Your satisfaction means everything to us.
